Horrible on line experience

It took me from July until September to put my order in on line, the web page froze before completely loading. I did report it to you but was given the usual restart your browser, use I different browser……. I tried on an iPhone, an iPad and a Max Book. It was on my final try before moving on to another company that the web page loaded and I was able to complete my order. But if it happens again I will likely just move on.
